Mesotherapy

Mesolift or Mesotherapy is a very gentle but effective cosmetic skin therapy. It has been used for decades to treat small wrinkles on the face, neck and décolleté.

Small injections into the skin

Microinjections with hyaluronic acid hydrate and bio remodeling your skin and help stimulate the production of collagen and elastic fibres.

There is a new method called “Restylane Skinbooster” or “Profhilo”. Each treatment involves a series of hydrating micro-injections with long-lasting hyaluronic acid. The latter is a water-loving substance that naturally occurs in our bodies and maintains hydration in the skin.

Stabilised hyaluronic acid is a soft, gel-like substance that absorbs water. It thoroughly hydrates the deeper layers of the skin within the treated areas. It improves firmness, elasticity and smoothness and works particularly well on small wrinkles on the cheeks. However, it should only be used if chemical peels and retinol do not have the desired effect.

Dr Liv will not perform a treatment without a proper consultation where she explains the pros and cons. She recommends starting with a skin analysis as your skin might not need a cosmetic treatment but would benefit from a home skincare routine that is tailored to its specific needs. Either way, Dr. Liv will help you find the right treatment for you and your face.
